By accessing and using Zarvani, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our e-commerce app.

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Zarvani app and all content, services, and products available at or through the app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Return Policy

Customers may return products purchased from Zarvani if the damage was not caused by delivery services. We strive to ensure the quality of our products; however, if you receive a damaged product due to manufacturing defects or other reasons not related to delivery, you may initiate a return process.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned product must be in its original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Our customer support team will provide guidance on such cases.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on the app. By continuing to use the app after the posting of changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
